RELIANCE J3 JAMANAGAR PROJECT

Gasotech provided application engineering support and project engineering support to Elliott while executing these mega-projects.

Project Engineering support included review of entire design within the compressor house for all interconnect piping between various compressor auxiliaries.

The 3-D modelling was carried out by RSA-Valdel on PDS platform and involved extensive review at various stages to the complete satisfaction of the PMC, Technip and end user, Reliance.

ROGC UNIT

The project comprised of five Steam Turbine driven and one Motor driven Compressor packages for 1.5 MMTPA Ethylene Cracker- Jamnagar (J3) expansion project with Technip-France as Licensor and PMC.
This included the world’s largest compressor train comprising of Cracked Gas Compressor (52MW), Ethylene and Propylene Refrigerant Compressor (46 MW & 56 MW), Unsaturated, Hydrogen Rich and Tail Gas Compressor (24 MW, 13 MW and 6 MW)

PX4 UNIT

The project comprised of two Steam Turbine driven Compressor packages for the Paraxylene Unit part of Jamnagar (J3) expansion project with Foster Wheeler UK as PMC.

BUTYL RUBBER PROJECT

The unit had the most critical refrigeration compressors which were supplied by Elliott.

MEG UNIT

The heart of MEG unit is a recycle compressor which was supplied by Elliott.
